Our client at Ashburnum, East Sussex, has a fine eye for detail and was keen to be involved in the design process from the start. With the backdrop of this wonderful tiled roof, we used York stone flags and cut peg tiles to create a central feature underfoot.
The garden sits above the valley at Horsted Keynes, West Sussex, where the steam trains run adding a special charm to this garden. We worked with the slope and created this terrace using local dry stone walling.
